We’re a New Zealand company that has grown from humble beginnings to a thriving jewellery business renowned for delivering world-class workmanship to customers worldwide. We believe that everyone deserves to wear designs worthy of the red carpet - without the Hollywood price tag.

Transforming the NZ Jewellery Industry

Artisan jewellery designer Tracey Baker and Gemological Institute of America (GIA) AJP Diamond and Gemstone expert Matthew Baker have always been obsessed with jewellery, but it was during a trip to Europe in 2014 that the idea for Storm Baker was born.

We noticed that the jewellery we saw abroad was far more unique and beautiful than anything we had seen here in New Zealand. When we mentioned this to a family friend, a bench jeweller in the south of France, he crafted Tracey a beautiful, bespoke ring. We then saw what we needed to transform the jewellery industry back home.

The rest was history. Our expertise, team of world-class bench jewellers and collections of stunning custom jewellery have only continued to grow. We now offer an extensive range of beautiful, ethically sourced, fine jewellery for affordable prices.
