Lifetime Warranty

So you can buy with confidence we offer a lifetime warranty at no extra charge for repairs or replacement due to a manufacturers fault. Damage caused by general 'wear & tear' or through fault of the wearer is not covered, however we can still repair or replace these items at the lowest possible cost to our valued customers.

The customer is responsible for paying any shipping costs for returns. These are non-refundable. When your warranty return is approved we will cover the costs of returning your new, repaired or exchanged item - otherwise you will be invoiced for our standard shipping cost to your location.

Depending on where you live (e.g. rural or overseas addresses, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Gemstone Guarantee

All of our beautiful, high quality stones are guaranteed to never naturally lose their fire or brilliance. If you do notice your gems aren't sparkling as much as they should we recommend giving your jewellery a gently clean with warm water, a few drops of dish-washing liquid & a soft (baby) toothbrush . Nine times out of ten this will restore them back to brand new. If not please contact us and we'll be happy to inspect them ourselves. It's important to remember that both Natural & Man-Made gemstones do require some care and there are elements and situations that could damage them & void your guarantee. If you're unsure refer to the care card you should have received or contact us for more information.

Change Of Mind

We want you to be completely happy with the masterpiece we've carefully crafted for you. If you're not in love with your new jewellery please contact us within 3 working days from it's delivery date so we can organise a return & store credit or exchange for you. To be eligible, your item must be in the same brand new & unworn condition that you received it. By all means feel free to try your item on, however If it shows signs of wear when we inspect it then your return will be declined or a repair fee deducted from your credit amount.

We understand our customers lead busy lives, however we do require that once we have acknowledged & replied to your return request via email that you send the item back to us within 2 working days. Returns sent outside of this time-frame will most likely not be accepted.

Non-returnable items:

*Gift Cards or Vouchers.
*Earrings are generally exempt from being returned due to hygiene reasons.
*Custom items - any items that are 'made to order' especially for you, the customer.
*Sale items - only regular priced items may be returned, items on sale are not included.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We use an independent jeweller to check damaged items. We then notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If it's approved, you'll be issued an exchange for the same item or a store credit to the full amount of your purchase. This credit will never expire & you are eligible for a maximum of one return per order.

How to send

We highly recommend you use a tracked shipping service. For high value items it's a good idea to purchase one-off shipping insurance to cover them while their in transit. We aren't responsible in any way for returned items that are damaged or do not arrive back to us, so please take a picture or make a note of your packages tracking number for your records before returning items. Please remember to include a note inside with your details and return any ring boxes or pouches you received as well.
